To keep everything safe and up to standards, we’ll send the mechanical and electrical information straight to your installer — they’ve got the tools and the know-how to get it done right!

Delivery is only available to registered installers or collection depots and costs will be based on your location.
The receiving party must inspect the kit for visible damage before signing for it.
We are not liable for damage reported after the delivery is accepted in good condition.
Please ensure your installer or depot understands this requirement.
Alternatively pick up is available from our warehouse in Hamilton.

Do I need to be a qualified installer to use your kits?
Yes. There are no exceptions. You can purchase direct, however, it is illegal to perform any part of a solar installation, whether on or off grid, without proper qualifications. You must be a registered and qualified electrician to install our kits. This guarantees that the system is installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with local regulations and warranty requirements.
What’s included in a solar kit?
Our kits are built to perform, last, and boost you’re the value of your home, farm or business. That means more energy savings, a shorter return-on-investment, and a system you can trust for 25+ years. Each kit includes premium solar panels, an inverter, isolation, mounting hardware and documentation. We also offer optional upgrades like battery storage and monitoring systems. The Electrician will provide the correct cables sized to your project required to connect the system to your home, farm or business.
Can I customise my solar kit?
Yes! We offer a range of pre-configured kits, but we can also tailor a solution based on your energy needs, roof size, and goals. Just get in touch and we’ll help you build the right setup.
What support do I get after I buy?
Our team is here to guide you through every step—from choosing the right kit to providing installation advice and after-sales support. We're local, so you're never dealing with a call centre overseas.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch most orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 5–10 business days. You also have the option for your installer pick up from our location or any Move or Toll depot across NZ.
Are your products compatible with battery systems?
Absolutely. Many of our kits are battery-ready, and we offer battery options if you want to store your solar power for night-time use or outages.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
We currently accept bank transfers, and we’ll soon be offering GEM, Qcard, and ZIP as additional payment methods.
You can also choose to apply for green loans offered by most banks.
What warranties come with the kits?
Our Panels have a 30-year performance warranty and 25 years on materials and workmanship, our inverters have a 10 year from date of installation.
Do you offer installation services?
We do not perform solar installations directly. However, we can refer you to qualified solar installers who have completed our rigorous solar training program in your region or offer advice if you are collaborating with your own electrician.
